Student Outreach Services

Undergraduate Admissions & Recruitment serves as the University liaison with other educational institutions and agencies, teachers, counselors, parents, and prospective students. Our department disseminates information about admissions, majors, programs, and related policies and procedures. Undergraduate Admissions & Recruitment conducts pre-admission information sessions, transcript reviews, and evaluations for prospective students. Undergraduate Admissions & Recruitment also conducts high school and community college presentations and meets one-on-one with prospective high school and transfer students at San Francisco State University and at their schools. We coordinate and provide campus visits and tours for individuals, groups, and families. Undergraduate Admissions & Recruitment also participates in educational equity projects and coordinates the operation of the overall University outreach program.
