Certificate in Real Estate
To be admitted, students must be Economics Majors or have completed the equivalent of ACCT 100, ACCT 101, ECON 101, ECON 102, and DS 212 or MATH 124, all with grades of C- or better.
Program Learning Outcomes
- Students will demonstrate effective written communication and analytical skills.
- Students will construct elementary financial models to analyze real estate data and make investment decisions.
- Students will demonstrate the ability to translate financial model outcomes to business decision making.
- Students will be able articulate the principles of real estate practice, and apply these principles to real estate issues which are common in the industry.

All courses for the certificate must be completed with a minimum GPA of 2.0.
