Minor in Management
The Management Minor prepares students to succeed in a wide array of positions of responsibility in virtually any career. Students learn to see the big picture of any organization, how key pieces fit together, and how the organization fits into its industry and the overall economy. They learn to recognize business problems and opportunities, to develop innovative responses to them, to take a leadership role, to set goals, and to use people skills in achieving them.
Program Learning Outcomes
- Students have basic competencies in business-related disciplines.
1. Students will demonstrate the discipline‐based knowledge in accounting, economics, finance, information systems, international business, management, marketing, operations, and statistics.

Minor in Management — 15 units
All coursework used to satisfy the requirements of the minor must be completed with a minimum grade point average of 2.0.
A minimum of 6 upper-division units are required to complete the minor.
