The Recreational Sports Program (RSP) under the supervision of the Department of Kinesiology provides an opportunity for all students to participate in sport activities in a structured and competitive setting and on an informal, "freeplay," drop-in basis. The goal of the RSP staff is to encourage fair play, equality in participation, fun, and enjoyment in a safe environment.

All of the intramural leagues are coed and are offered in the Fall and Spring semesters. Current sports include: Indoor Soccer, Volleyball, Tennis, and Basketball. Through their involvement in the program as officials, supervisors, and players, students have a unique opportunity to meet new people, to develop leadership skills, and keep fit in a fun/safe environment.

For those not interested in organized events, Open Gym activities are offered on an informal drop-in basis. Activities include: Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Badminton, Yoga, Weight Training, and Swimming. These activities generally occur during the noon hour and certain evening hours.
